Subscription Service Agreement

This Agreement is made between:
Wilson Interactive Media, Mostelbergstrasse 148, 6417 Sattel, Switzerland (hereafter referred to as "Provider")
and
the subscriber (hereafter referred to as "Subscriber").

1. Service Description

The Provider offers access to a digital companion application called "Sophie and Carl" (the "App").

2. Subscription Terms

• The Subscriber agrees to pay a recurring subscription fee of [CHF/EUR/USD] [amount] per [month/year].
• The subscription will begin on the Effective Date and automatically renew unless cancelled.
• Cancellation can be made anytime via the user account or by email to support@wilsonmedia.ch.

3. License Grant

The Provider grants the Subscriber a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes during the subscription period.

4. Payment

• Payments are processed via [Stripe / PayPal / In-App Purchases / Other].
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
• Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. User Obligations

The Subscriber agrees not to:

• Share login credentials with others.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Use the App in any unlawful or abusive manner.

6. Privacy and Data

Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

The Provider may terminate the agreement for violations. The Subscriber may cancel at any time without penalty.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

The App is provided "as is". The Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by Swiss law. Jurisdiction: Schwyz, Switzerland.
